DELIVERY
PLEASE NOTE, DELIVERIES TAKE ABOUT 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS AT THIS TIME DUE TO COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS, slightly longer for international orders 

Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery within the UK once shipping notification has been received.

Please allow up to 10-24 business days for delivery for all other countries. once shipping notification has been received.

Please ensure someone will be available to accept your parcel, otherwise your order will be returned to the depot. Organisation of re-delivery is the responsibility of the customer. 

Once parcels have been dispatched we are unable to change the address.

Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country customs authorities and is not included in your order total at the time of purchase. Any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibilities of the customer and will have to be paid by the customer separately upon receipt of their order.

Outside the UK - £10.00 - with Royal Mail 
Purchases over £40.00 - FREE with Royal Mail 

  
RETURNS
We are happy to offer you a full refund or exchange if needed, within 14 days of receipt. Although, sale items, sample sales, and gift cards are non-returnable. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. All successfully returned items will be credited to the account originally used to purchase the items, less any taxes or import duties incurred within 14 days.

The original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning their order. We recommend that customers send their returns with a registered traceable service, as we cannot be responsible for items that fail to reach us.

If you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us so we can arrange a replacement for you. In most cases, you will need to provide photo evidence and/or return the item to us before we can replace it or refund you.
 
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
